On Wednesday, April 9th, the Children and Youth Committee in the PA House held a hearing on HB 350. Testifying were Dr. Andrea Braverman, attorney Darren Holst from the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Judge Tarah Toohil, and attorney Rebecca Nayak.
